Nonie: Guidance on Impact Evaluation.

When the Wolrd Bank's Network of Networks in Impact Evaluation Produced its guidance document, VOPEs through the IOCE as well as other organizations were invited to participate in the development. Networks within NONIE, such as the International Organization for Cooperation in Evaluation and the European Evaluation Society, contributed by submitting written comments, and members of the VOPEs were also represented on the NONIE steering committee. Various discussion papers were developed and hotly debated at various evaluation conferences before the final guidance document was released.
